Client F.A.Q.

As a client how can I access information about staff?

  • You can access any of the information we hold subject to the exceptions set out in the Act.
  • You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
  • We will refuse access where the request interferes with the privacy of another.
  • Ensure you can verify your identity.
  • A small processing charge may be imposed.
  • There will be a time delay where information has to be retrieved from storage and/or reviewed.
  • You can also access the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
